Janvier Corporation is building RbotFleet as an operations platform for commercially available autonomous vehicle fleets. The vehicle autonomy handles driving; RbotFleet is focused on the operating infrastructure around the fleet — telemetry, dashboards, alerts, charging, maintenance, cleaning, staging, exception management, and future return-to-hub workflows.

Scaling an autonomous fleet operator is not just adding cars — it is adding hubs, power, monitoring, and repeatable process. Here is the sequence.
8–12 vehicles, staged from existing sites
Stagger 4 vehicles in South Gate (LA-bound) and 4 in Diamond Bar (OC/IE-bound), scaling to 25 vehicles without relocating.
First dedicated hub — West Inland Empire
Chino / Pomona / Walnut industrial corridor: lower lease cost than LA, strong 3-phase power, and central to all three target markets.
Ready as autonomous deployment opens in SoCal
Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire are the initial operating focus. Readiness — not premature claims of deployment — is the near-term priority.
Cybercab and autonomous fleet readiness
Every dashboard, runbook, and process is judged against one filter: does it strengthen RbotFleet's ability to evaluate and support commercially available autonomous vehicles, including Cybercab, when vehicle availability and applicable regulatory approvals permit?
Track Record
Uptime, miles operated, alert response times, charging discipline, and safety metrics — treated as a portfolio, not just internal ops.
Account Readiness
Developer account access, OAuth tokens, signing keys, insurance, and operational records — current, backed up, and rotatable.
Capital Readiness
Clean books and proof-of-funds tracking so RbotFleet can evaluate autonomous fleet opportunities quickly as commercial purchasing becomes available.
Hub Readiness
The Inland Empire hub plan moves from PDF to a tracked workstream as telemetry and ops stabilize.
Network Signal Intake
Monitoring autonomous vehicle availability, Cybercab commercialization signals, and operating requirements so planning stays current.
